Now that you know what you have to do, let me help you get started...

 

1. Lets start by completing your offer. You can choose bank accounts, Sky subscriptions, free website hosting packages etc. I chose to complete a free LoveFilm trial. It's a 2 week free trial which won't cost you a penny. As long as you rent 1 DVD in that time, you can cancel when you like. I actually chose to keep it on though because I think it's a pretty good service!

 

2. You'll need to spread the word amongst your friends to work towards your free gift. If you want something small like an iPod Nano, you should be able to do that pretty easily. If, however, you choose a free Macbook then you'll have a bit more work to do. Some friends may think that it's a scam so spend a bit of time expaining it to them. Don't get disheartened if you don't see results straight away, it may take a bit of groundwork but the results are worth it!

 

3. Start by telling your close friends/family. They should be pretty easy to convince and it's a great way to get started!

 

4. Post on your Twitter/Facebook - this is a fab way to get a few more people interested. Try not to spam people though, they'll be less likely to trust you!

 

5. If you're a member of any forums or mailing lists... spread the word! Check with an admin first though, sometimes they don't like you posting links.

 

6. If you've got a college or University nearby, make a few simple posters and get them up around the campus. Let's face it, students love free stuff!

 

7. Print out a few smaller leaflets and put them on cars or through letterboxes.

 

These are just a few things to get you started but be as creative as possible, you'll find that you'll actually have fun whilst working towards your free iPhone!
